Adult Social Meeting Snack Schedule

Monthly Meeting Duty Parents

The Tom Thumb General Meetings are normally held the second Tuesday of every month, and we take turns providing some snacks and coffee/tea for the parents, and setting up/cleaning up the event.

  • Each family is asked to help provide snacks once during the year – sort of like a “Duty Night”.  Note, 3 families are recruited for each meeting. (A sign-up sheet is normally circulated at the 1st General Meeting in September so you sign-up for the most convenient month.)
  • On the month you sign-up to assist, you are asked to arrive 20-30 minutes early to help set up the room, make coffee, and put out the food.
  • You are also asked to stay after the meeting to help clean up, wash dishes and the chairs are put back and the room is back to classroom state.
